Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as a practicing litigation attorney.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a portfolio of complex financial services litigation matters from intake through resolution.
Defend the Firm in securities class actions and M&A/lending disputes tied to banking products and services.
Provide pre-litigation counseling and strategic advice to senior partners and business leaders.
Instruct and manage outside counsel, including scope-setting, staffing, budget management, and quality control.
Handle complex subpoenas and information/testimony requests with strategic oversight.
