Thrivent Financial is seeking a Vice President of Advisor Marketing to define and lead enterprise marketing strategy for Thrivent advisors. This role drives growth by modernizing the advisor marketing service model, delivering scalable, compliant, and high-quality marketing solutions across the enterprise.

The leader partners with Distribution, Marketing, Product, Technology and enterprise stakeholders to align investments with advisor and client needs, while managing a modern internal agency

Qualifications

• College degree, advanced degree or MBA in marketing preferred.
• 15–20 years of marketing, advertising, or communications experience, ideally in financial services or agency environment.
• Able to design, execute and measure marketing strategies contributing to growth.
• Experience in driving sales enablement through multi-distribution channels.
• Experience in a regulated environment with understanding of Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for Advisor Marketing.
• Lead the transformation of advisor marketing and modernize the service model.
• Champion a best-in-class advisor marketing experience with scalable, customer-centric solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency, advisor satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Define the enterprise Advisor Marketing service model across segments and ensure access to support and tools.
• Oversee training, communications and change management for advisor marketing capabilities.
