Job summary

Thrivent seeks a Director of Advisor Marketing to lead strategy and delivery of marketing capabilities that help Thrivent advisors build stronger practices, deepen client relationships, and drive sustainable growth.

This leader partners with Distribution and the field to translate advisor needs into differentiated, scalable marketing solutions, while evolving a modern advisor marketing model combining in-house services, self-service resources, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience with a focus on sales enablement and marketing strategy
• Experience with advisor or field relationships preferred
• Strong communication and leadership across a large organization
• MBA or advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead advisor marketing strategy and service model across the advisor ecosystem
• Oversee in-house advisor marketing agency and provide strategic counsel
• Develop scalable self-service tools, templates, and resources for advisors
• Drive enablement and adoption of Thrivent marketing capabilities by the field
• Collaborate with Distribution and Marketing to translate business priorities into solutions
• Lead and develop teams responsible for lead generation, content, campaigns, and education
