Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC – Public Risk Group seeks a Vice President, Actuarial and Business Operations to lead actuarial, compliance, and business operations. You will drive pricing, profitability analyses, and strategic initiatives while collaborating with executive leadership and product teams.

You will oversee budget planning, reporting, and governance, shaping enterprise-wide strategies for sustainable growth across public entity portfolios in multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or related field.
• ACAS designation required; FCAS preferred.
• 15+ years in P&C insurance with actuarial and leadership experience.
• 5+ years of senior leadership in a commercial/public entity insurance org.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic actuarial advisor to President and leadership team.
• Lead actuarial and financial analyses across lines of business.
• Develop pricing strategies with Underwriting and Product Management.
• Ensure regulatory and governance oversight across multiple states.
