You will drive strategic actuarial analyses, develop scalable processes, and provide data-driven insights on profitability, loss trends, and regulatory reporting across multiple lines.

The role requires ACAS (FCAS preferred), 15+ years in P&C, and proven senior leadership in a regulated multi-state

Qualifications

• 15+ years in property and casualty insurance with actuarial, business operations, or strategic leadership
• ACAS required; FCAS preferred
• Experience leading multi-state regulatory and compliance initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial and financial analyses across products and lines
• Develop pricing strategies with Underwriting and Product Management
• Provide executive reporting on performance, trends, and regulatory matters
• Build scalable processes and governance for enterprise-wide initiatives
