Job summary
Truist Wealth in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced professional to originate geographic-based asset-based transactions and advise clients on capital structure and financing options. You will partner with Underwriting, Portfolio Management and deal teams to move transactions from origination to closing.
The role requires 5–10 years of ABL experience, strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior teammates while ensuring risk/compliance adherence.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required.
- 5–10 years of ABL experience.
- Strong knowledge of industry drivers, product positioning, structuring and risk mitigation.
- Experience with an ABL syndication process for left lead and participatory transactions.
- Ability to collaborate across functions to resolve complex issues.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, creativity, accountability.
- Clear, concise, insightful communication.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through targeted clients in coordination with banking.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise; translate knowledge into strategic dialogue and value added ideas.
- Collaborate with risk to achieve optimal client outcomes.
