Job summary

Truist Wealth in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced professional to originate geographic-based asset-based transactions and advise clients on capital structure and financing options. You will partner with Underwriting, Portfolio Management and deal teams to move transactions from origination to closing.

The role requires 5–10 years of ABL experience, strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior teammates while ensuring risk/compliance adherence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5–10 years of ABL experience.
• Strong knowledge of industry drivers, product positioning, structuring and risk mitigation.
• Experience with an ABL syndication process for left lead and participatory transactions.
• Ability to collaborate across functions to resolve complex issues.

Originate geographic based asset-based transactions while advising clients and prospects on capital structure and financing alternatives. Partner with Underwriting and Portfolio Management to move transactions through the deal lifecycle from origination to closure. Collaborate with deal team partners including regional constituents, Corporate Finance, Industry Consulting, Risk, Operations, and Legal to achieve seamless execution, appropriate risk mitigation and strong client experience.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position is $150,000 - $180,000. Additional incentive pay is available for this position.
