Job summary

Antharos Recruiting in Tampa Bay seeks a senior candidate to lead a 360 executive search desk, driving new business and filling roles across multiple industries. The role combines BD with hands-on search and account development, with potential for leadership as the practice expands.

The successful candidate will build regional or national presence, collaborate across brands, and pursue leadership opportunities within a fast-growing global recruitment platform.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of staffing or executive search experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business and personally fill assigned searches.
• History of $400K+ in annual billings (Direct hire fees and/or Gross Profit).
• Experience within financial services, legal, accounting/finance, construction, infrastructure, power generation or related markets.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with desire to grow earnings and responsibilities.
• Willingness to work from the Tampa Bay market while supporting clients regionally or nationally.

Responsibilities

• Run a 360 search desk encompassing new business development, account management and recruiting.
• Generate new client relationships while developing inherited and existing accounts.
• Develop a strong regional or national market presence from the Tampa office.
• Collaborate with colleagues across brands, offices and practice areas.
