Job summary

VoltForce is seeking a Principal Recruiter to own senior 360 desk and run end-to-end searches across Climatech, Materials, or Industry 4.0 in the US. You win clients, manage briefs from founders to offers, and enjoy an uncapped, commission-only path with back-office support from the firm.

As a senior voice, you’ll negotiate terms and build a strong vertical presence through events and relationships, while maintaining an ethical client-first approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running a full 360 desk with verifiable billing history.
• Direct recruiting experience in Climatech, Materials, or Industry 4.0.
• Proven new business development with client wins.
• Ability to work autonomously without a manager.
• Willingness to work commission-only with belief in your own billing.

Responsibilities

• Win new clients through your network, market mapping, and sector presence.
• Own search execution end to end: mapping, outreach, evaluation, submittal, interviews, close.
• Take briefs from founders/CTOs/VPs and lead as senior voice from first call to offer.
• Negotiate terms, fees, and offers; develop creative client solutions.
• Maintain honest pipelines in Filament with real stages.
