Job summary

Antharos Recruiting is seeking an Executive Search Consultant to drive retained and contingent engagements across Private Equity and corporate development spaces. This 360 role blends BD, account management, and hands-on recruiting to build a durable practice within a nationally recognized firm.

You will lead searches, cultivate senior client relationships, and deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions with a focus on high-impact roles for investment professionals across the US.

Qualifications

• Currently at an executive search firm (Direct Hire placements, not temporary/contract/staffing).
• Minimum $500K+ annual search billings history.
• Currently placing investment professionals directly to Private Equity firms.
• Duties include developing new business/logos, managing accounts/clients, and recruiting/delivering on open roles.

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level clients.

The firm operates across numerous specialized practice areas, supports retained and contingent search mandates, and is in a strong growth phase backed by a sophisticated marketing engine, robust technology stack, and experienced leadership team.

Due to continued company and practice growth, they are hiring an Executive Search Consultant (360 Desk - BD, Account Management, and Recruiting) to help grow the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute retained and contingent executive search engagements
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level clients
• Run full-cycle searches or manage delivery execution, depending on role

Requirements

• Currently at an executive search firm (Direct Hire placements, not temporary/contract/staffing)
• Minimum $500K+ annual search billings history
• Currently placing investment professionals on a direct basis to Private Equity firms
• Currently duties include all three of the following: 1. Developing new business/finding new logos, 2. Managing existing accounts/clients, and 3. Recruiting/delivering on open roles.
