Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of staffing or executive search experience.

• Willingness to work from the Tampa Bay market while supporting clients regionally or nationally.

Title: Director / Vice President / Senior Vice President, 360 Executive Search

Practice Areas:

The successful candidate will join one of the following specialized practices:

Location:

• The desk may cover clients regionally or nationally

Compensation:

• Base salary: $70,000 to $100,000, based on experience and level
• Commission: Uncapped, with commission banding determined by title and pay grade
• Management bonus: Eligible at applicable leadership levels

Role Overview:

This is a true 360 position requiring both business development and hands-on search execution. The successful candidate will be expected to generate new business, develop existing accounts and personally fill the roles they secure.

The company has established accounts that the individual may inherit, but this is not a 180 recruiting or delivery-only position.

The position may align with one of the following practice areas:

• Financial Services and Accounting: Financial operations, accounting and finance searches, including Controllers, FP&A Managers and Directors of Finance
• Legal and Regulatory: Insurance, wealth management, private practice or other legal search markets, with a particular opportunity to build the private practice offering in Florida
• Construction and Infrastructure: Power generation searches, including Plant Engineers, Electrical Engineers and other professionals supporting power plants and energy infrastructure

Responsibilities:

• Run a 360 search desk encompassing new business development, account management and recruiting
• Generate new client relationships while developing inherited and existing accounts
• Develop a strong regional or national market presence from the Tampa office
• Collaborate with colleagues across brands, offices and practice areas

Candidate Requirements:

• Approximately 5 to 10 years of staffing, recruitment or executive search experience
• Demonstrated success in a 360 recruitment position (BD-Focused candidates also welcome to apply if interested in running a 360 desk)
• Proven ability to generate new business and personally fill assigned searches
• History of $400K+ in annual billings (Direct hire fees and/or Gross Profit)
• Staffing, Direct-hire, permanent placement or executive search experience
• Experience within legal, financial services, accounting and finance, construction, infrastructure, power generation or another relevant professional market
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to grow earnings and responsibilities
• Willingness to work from the Tampa Bay market while supporting clients regionally or nationally
