The Role

We’re hiring a proven 360 Recruiter to help scale our core verticals. You’ll own the full recruitment cycle: winning business, building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering placements that move the needle for our clients. You’ll work with a modern tech stack, have access to premier clients, and collaborate with a team that’s sharp, supportive, competitive, and has zero-ego. What You’ll Do

• Own and grow a 360 desk (tech, finance, or exec search)
• Win and manage client accounts - from VC-backed startups to global brands
• Source, pitch, and close top-tier candidates
• Use AI tools and sourcing automation to scale output
• Act as a strategic hiring partner to both clients and candidates
• Hit performance targets with speed, quality, and consistency

What You Bring

• 2+ years in a 360 recruitment or senior delivery role
• Experience in tech, finance, or executive search (agency or hybrid)
• Proven billing track record and hunger for more
• Consultative mindset and strong communication skills
• Confidence, drive, and natural ownership of outcomes
