Job summary
Fuze Health seeks a VP to lead Call & Clinical Operations, overseeing a unified, 24/7 clinical call center and pharmacy operations across legacy TruePill and Alto. You will manage a remote and multi-site workforce of 450+ agents and licensed professionals, driving performance and patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations in high-growth, matrixed organizations.
- Pharmacy background with licensure and willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed.
- Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge in healthcare and pharmacy sectors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing a unified workforce of 450+ agents with 24/7 coverage.
- Drive operational maturity, patient engagement, and execution of high-priority clinical and business initiatives.
- Direct staffing and capacity management for 450 care agents and licensed professionals to balance cost, service, quality and growth.
- Ensure standardized performance and quality across a large work-from-home team, modernizing Rx contact center SOPs.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and DEA/state board standards; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
