Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an experienced VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead clinical call centers and pharmacy operations, spanning TruePill and Alto entities. Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership in clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience leading large remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs).
• Pharmacy background with state license and regulatory familiarity.
• Strong process engineering, quality management, and scaling experience.
• Experience with regulatory bodies (State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA).
• Change management and strategic stakeholder influence abilities.
• Clear decision rights and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.
