Qualifications

• CDL license with endorsement for driving a passenger vehicle (P) required.
• School bus (S) endorsement preferred.
• Age 21–80; CDL holders over 75 must renew annually.
• Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or traffic citations within five years.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing as required.
• Must be able to undergo a yearly physician's statement for medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Transport children and LifeWise volunteers to and from LifeWise site.
• Obey traffic laws and maintain bus cleanliness and safety.
• Perform regular inspections and refuel as needed.
• Create and maintain a safe environment for children and enforce safety rules.
• Complete required LifeWise Academy training and volunteer in classroom if possible.
