• Medical statements as per LifeWise policy.

Responsibilities

• Transport children and LifeWise volunteers to and from the LifeWise site.
• Obey traffic laws and maintain bus cleanliness and safety.
• Perform regular bus inspections and refuel as needed.
• Create a safe environment for children; enforce safety rules.
• Complete required LifeWise Academy training and participate in classroom activities as agreed.
