Job summary

Crosslines Community Outreach in Springfield, MO seeks a Program Coordinator to support the Diaper Bank of the Ozarks (DBO). You will manage daily operations, inventory, donor relations, and volunteer coordination to ensure reliable diaper distribution for families in need.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. This full-time exempt position reports to the DBO Program Director and offers hands-on community impact.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operations support for internal program needs, including inventory/distribution tracking and partner agency diaper pickups and MOA compliance.
• Take ownership of the Cloth Diaper Loan Program, inventory management, care, and public education; report data to supervisor.
• Collaborate with Volunteer Engagement Team to ensure consistent volunteer experience across the organization.
• Maintain volunteer calendars, communicate closures, and ensure volunteers have supplies and a safe workspace.
• Track volunteer hours and prepare weekly reports; manage supplies and purchasing requests.
• Assist with partner agency communication, order processing, scheduling pickups, and reporting.
