Job summary

Baby2Baby is seeking a Program Coordinator to support distribution of essential items to partner organizations across the western region. The role involves database maintenance, processing donation requests, and coordinating distribution logistics from our Los Angeles HQ.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced mission-driven environment; the position is on-site 3–5 days per week with possible partner visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in program support, operations, or related role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Google Sheets.
• Commitment to Baby2Baby’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison for partner organizations, managing communications and providing support.
• Collect donation requests, synthesize needs, and enter data into the warehouse management system.
• Maintain and update partner databases with accurate contact information.
• Coordinate enrollment for specialized bundle programs with internal teams and partners.
• Monitor current events to contribute to weekly news reports informing the team.
