  • Plays a lead role in planning, coordinating, and managing a comprehensive volunteer program to enhance services for Veterans, their families, and caregivers.
  • Plans, coordinates, and implements policy; manages budgets, procurement, and partnerships; and coordinates outreach and donor activities.
  • Interviews, schedules, places, and evaluates volunteers; conducts internal quality reviews and reports on program performance.
  • Develops programs, goals, and objective metrics; coordinates data analysis to prepare reports and evaluations for stakeholders.
