Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in health administration, public health administration, or related field.
• One year of specialized experience at GS-12 level or equivalent in health care administration or management.
• Experience coordinating staffing, recruitment, and administrative activities in a health system.

Responsibilities

• Develops administrative and strategic operational initiatives to identify problems, analyze data, and propose solutions.
• Plans and reviews resource requests within the executive chain of command and makes recommendations.
• Assist in prioritizing resource allocations across the health care system with other staff.
• Assist the Executive Leadership Team in assessing needs and presenting them to stakeholders.
• Reviews budget initiatives, policies, and procedures to align with VA/VHA standards.
• Conducts analytical studies on operational processes and special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
