Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare field experience as a Volunteer is preferred.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mandatory).
• Warm, people-oriented personality.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Clean background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train Volunteer Coordinators in each Harbor/Beacon office.
• Serve as a resource for all Volunteer Coordinators for education, support and compliance.
