Qualifications

• Experience in volunteer management is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, development, and oversight of the volunteer program at the assigned pavilion.
• Identify opportunities for volunteer engagement to enhance patient and family experiences.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers.
• Manage Patient and Family Advisory Councils.
• Organize volunteer-driven events and collaborate with department leaders.
• Foster a culture of volunteerism that supports the Harris Health mission.
