• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication skills.
• Ability to train and coach staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement core aspects of the volunteer program.
• Recruit, interview, orient, place volunteers and maintain schedules.
• Coach and train staff in Ancillary Programs, Gift Shops & Volunteer Services.
• Collaborate with hospital departments to fulfill volunteer requests.
• Represent department in community events; manage budgets and reports.
