Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Manager-Volunteer Services to lead volunteer operations at St. Vincent's Hospital in Green Bay, WI.

The role directs volunteer coordinators and auxiliians, coordinating across market ministries to align with system goals and improve patient and colleague experiences. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 3+ years in volunteer management and 3 years of leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field required.
• High School Diploma plus 5 years of experience in managing or coordinating volunteer programs may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's.
• 3 years of experience working with volunteers in a non-profit healthcare setting required.
• 3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership for volunteer services across the market.
• Direct, supervise, coordinate, monitor and evaluate activities of volunteer coordinators, volunteers and auxiliians.
• Collaborate with leaders to align with systemwide goals and enhance patient and colleague experience through volunteer support.
