Job summary

Qualifications

• Administrative or Logistical management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of current Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
• Ability to learn the Bell Ringing/Volunteer software and manage schedules.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding of seasonal bell ringers/Christmas Ambassadors.
• Coordinate, schedule and recruit volunteers and service clubs for multiple locations.
• Create daily and weekly bell ringers schedules and distribute them in advance.
• Identify kettle sites and secure required paperwork (insurance and approvals).
• Meet with store managers to plan scheduling, store needs and stand storage.
