Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years clerical experience.
• Kettle experience a plus.
• Must be 21+ to drive in TSA activities.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct kettle orientation for employees and volunteers.
• Prepare paperwork for Seasonal Kettle employees.
• Enter information into kettle program systems.
• Recruit volunteers and service clubs for kettle locations.
• Prepare daily kettle schedules to maximize net income.
• Take inventory of kettle equipment and arrange replacements.
• Coordinate kettle routes for drivers.
• Respond to complaints at kettle locations.
• Supervise and train employees; enforce discipline.
• Prepare kettle income deposits per TSA policy.
• Arrange Angel Trees in stores and toy donations.
• Kettle drivers may be required occasionally.
• Ensure on-time attendance.
