Job summary

The Standard is hiring a Voluntary Employee Benefits Consultant to drive premium growth and producer recruitment across a territory including Columbus, OH and Indianapolis, IN. The role requires travel 2-3 days per week and residence in southwest Ohio or the Indianapolis area.

You will consult, train, and motivate national, regional, and local Employee Benefit Brokers, General Agents, and Enrollment Firms while collaborating with internal teams to meet sales objectives and ensure profitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Life & health licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain consulting relationships with broker partners and enrollment firms.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on enrollment technology solutions and product offerings.
• Deliver training and development to producers, agencies, and general agents.
• Collaborate with Sales Support, Underwriting, Policyholder Services, Billing, Compliance, and Compensation to achieve production goals.
• Analyze market trends and advise on recruiting, marketing initiatives, and corporate strategy.
