Job summary

The Standard is hiring a Voluntary Employee Benefits Consultant to drive premium growth and broker recruitment in the Columbus, OH and Indianapolis, IN regions. You will partner with national and local brokers to train, educate, and motivate for profitable growth while collaborating across internal teams to meet sales objectives.

Residence in southwest Ohio or the Indianapolis area is required, with 2-3 days of travel per week.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line premium growth, case count, and producer recruiting in the Columbus, OH and Indianapolis, IN territory.
• Consult, train, educate, and motivate brokers, consultants, and enrollment firms to achieve market sales goals.
• Collaborate with Sales Support, Underwriting, Policyholder Services, Billing, Compliance, and Compensation to ensure high-quality business.
