Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their vehicle needs.
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Volkswagen vehicles.
• Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, technology, warranties, and available options.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Work with sales management to structure and complete vehicle purchases.
• Assist customers with vehicle delivery and technology setup.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM.
• Develop repeat and referral business through excellent customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of current Volkswagen products, programs, incentives, and inventory.
• Complete required Volkswagen product and certification training.
