• Product expertise: Stay informed about VW’s product line, features, and benefits, conveying your knowledge with enthusiasm and clarity
• Achieve sales targets: Set and reach personal and team goals to drive the dealership’s success

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience required: Minimum 1 year preferred
• Customer-focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships
