Advocates in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Telecommunications Administrator to manage and support our VOIP-centric telecommunications infrastructure. The role covers cloud hosted VOIP systems from multiple providers, Cisco Meraki switches and firewalls, and related networking equipment.

You will provide backup support to the networking team as time allows. Schedule is Monday through Friday 9am-5pm with flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing VOIP technology and related internet protocols.
• Experience with IPv4/IPv6 networking, routing, and firewall hardware/software.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.

Responsabilités

• Install and configure IP phones and settings in switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Manage and support VOIP infrastructure and hardware/software.
• Ensure operational health: security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability.
