Job summary

Smart City Telecom in Orlando, FL is seeking a VoIP Systems Support/Administrator to help configure, provision, and administer our cloud-based voice platform. You will collaborate with Engineering, NOC, and Field Services to ensure hosted voice services run reliably for customers.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, deployments, and end-user support, with duties spanning MACD requests, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deployments of Hosted Voice solutions for new and existing customers
• Configure and provision user accounts, extensions, devices, call queues, auto attendants, hunt groups, and voicemail
• Manage LNP requests and coordinate porting with carriers and customers
• Perform system testing including inbound/outbound calls, E911 validation, voicemail, routing and feature verification
• Troubleshoot IP phones, ATAs, softphones and related equipment
• Provide end-user and administrator training on hosted voice systems and web portals
