The CCS Companies seeks a Network Manager to oversee our datacenter and telecom environments supporting multiple call center locations. You will manage SIP/VOIP, VPNs, network hardware, switches, routers, and firewalls, coordinating with CIO and IT teams to keep platforms running as designed.

You will lead vendor relations, perform capacity planning, and stay current with technology roadmaps while on-call for incidents. Travel to regional offices may be required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a large call center environment with Cisco/Juniper networking
• Extensive experience with SIP/VOIP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and SBC knowledge
• Datacenter management including power, cooling, fire suppression, and cabling

Responsabilités

• Oversee call center telecom and networking needs for 400+ agents
• Manage telecom carriers, PBX, and vendor relationships; ensure up-to-date tech aligned to IT roadmap
• Solicit quotes from vendors to ensure best-in-class, cost-effective solutions
• Monitor all systems and be on-call 24x7 for emergencies and maintenance
• Travel between New England offices as required; manage data center equipment and maintenance
