Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a skilled IT Technician to support employees nationwide, focusing on VoIP systems and day-to-day IT help desk tasks. This full-time onsite role covers clinics in Ohio, Illinois, and Michigan, with responsibilities across installations, support, and system maintenance.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot VoIP issues, manage Windows/M365 environments, and collaborate with IT and clinic leadership to ensure reliable communications and patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in IT help desk, desktop support, or technical support.
• Hands-on experience administering or troubleshooting VoIP telephone systems (SIP, call routing, IP phones).
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365 apps, and standard business tech.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Experience using IT ticketing or service management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for VoIP systems across locations.
• Configure and maintain VoIP phones, extensions, call routing, voicemail, auto-attendants, hunt groups, and queues.
• Troubleshoot voice quality, dropped calls, and connectivity issues; coordinate with providers and vendors.
• Assist with VoIP installations, upgrades, migrations, and new clinic openings.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and provisioning for telephone services and equipment.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, call flows, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide general IT support for desktops, software, hardware, connectivity, and remote users.
