Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT Support or Desktop Support experience.
• Experience working with end users in an onsite environment.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing tools.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and common business applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between local sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for clinic and office staff across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues.
• Respond to and resolve support tickets promptly.
• Support workstations, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Assist users with system access and application support.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams to resolve escalations.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
