Pinnacle Fertility is a leader in physician-centric fertility care, supporting high-performing clinics and comprehensive service providers nationwide. We are seeking an IT Technician to provide technical support for employees across our nationwide network of fertility clinics and corporate offices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in IT help desk, desktop support, or technical support.
• Hands-on experience administering or troubleshooting VoIP telephone systems.
• Working knowledge of VoIP technologies, including SIP, call routing, extensions, and IP phone configuration.
• Proficiency supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and standard business technology.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience using an IT ticketing or service management platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for VoIP telephone systems across multiple locations.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain VoIP phones, extensions, call routing, voicemail, auto-attendants, hunt groups, call queues, and related features.
• Troubleshoot voice quality issues, dropped calls, connectivity problems, call routing errors, and other VoIP-related issues.
• Coordinate with providers and vendors to resolve service disruptions and escalate complex issues.
• Assist with VoIP system installations, upgrades, migrations, and new clinic openings.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and location changes by provisioning and deactivating services.
