Job summary

KeenLogic is seeking a Voice Tier 3 Engineer to support the U.S. Air Force EACN. You will configure Cisco VoIP environments, enhance security, and troubleshoot connections between EACN and customer voice networks in a lab-and-field setting at Scott Air Force Base, IL.

Responsibilities include implementing patches, supporting CUCM/Unity/Voice devices, and collaborating with Government engineers to sustain voice capabilities across laboratory and operational environments.

Qualifications

• Top Secret security clearance required.
• 5+ years of VoIP experience.
• Cisco CUCM certification including 350-801 CL COR exam.
• Ability to perform onsite duties at Scott Air Force Base and meet DoD requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, patch, and enhance Cisco VoIP systems.
• Develop connections between EACN and external voice networks.
• Apply patches and STIGs to voice platforms and collaborate with lab testing.
• Support Tier 3 network engineering activities and complex troubleshooting.
