Job summary

KeenLogic seeks a Network Tier 3 Engineer to support the U.S. Air Force’s Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN). The role involves advanced network engineering, analysis, design, troubleshooting, and integration for gateways at Scott AFB, JB Andrews, and JB Lewis-McChord.

Active TS clearance and CCNP are required. The engineer will collaborate with Government engineers, maintain baselines, test upgrades in a Systems Integration Lab, and ensure reliable voice, video, and data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and related technical functions.
• Active CCNP certification.
• Requires Active Top Secret clearance.
• Ability to perform onsite duties at Scott AFB and meet DoD cert requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues across operational and lab environments.
• Support routing, switching, firewalls, IPv4/IPv6, VLANs, VPNs, encryption and transport technologies.
• Maintain configuration control and validate changes in the lab before deployment.
• Develop technical documentation and provide configuration training to Government engineers.
