Job summary
DecisionPoint Corporation seeks a Voice Tier 3 Engineer to provide advanced voice engineering support for the U.S. Air Force Executive Airlift Communications Network program. The engineer will configure, secure, troubleshoot, and sustain Cisco voice systems across mission-critical environments.
On-site work is required with travel to supported Air Force locations. Must hold a Top Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Networking, with 5+ years of VoIP experience and Cisco CUCM/Unity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum five years of VoIP experience.
- Experience configuring and sustaining enterprise Cisco voice environments.
- Experience with CUCM, Cisco Unity, SIP, Session Border Controllers, and voice gateways.
- Certifications: Cisco voice certs, DoDM 8140.03 and IAT Level II.
Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, patch, secure, and enhance Cisco VoIP systems.
- Administer Cisco UCM, Unity, IM&P, and teleconference bridges.
- Configure and maintain Cisco Border Elements and SBCs.
- Develop and troubleshoot SIP connections between EACN and external networks.
- Test patches, upgrades, and configs before deployment.
- Apply DISA STIGs and cybersecurity requirements to voice systems.
