Qualifications

• Citizenship: US citizen and TS/SCI clearance required.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Ten years' of technical experience with five years DoD experience.
• Certifications: CUCM, CCNP, plus Network+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Voice Engineer Tier 3 support for SLC3S-A and related platforms.
• Configure and patch Cisco VoIP systems including CUCM and Unity.
• Develop SIP connections and interconnects with external networks.
• Maintain baseline configurations and perform DISA/STIG compliant updates.
• Support on-site installation, testing, and fault-tolerant network design.
