Job summary

The Florida State Department of Children and Families seeks a Voice Systems Analyst to support enterprise telephony, unified communications, and contact center platforms statewide. Based at DCF Headquarters in Tallahassee, the role covers administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and daily operation of voice, SIP trunks, routing, and related integrations for thousands of users.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field as required.
Two years of technical support experience in an enterprise IT environment.
At least one year of hands-on IT hardware/software experience.
At least one year of Microsoft 365 applications experience (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Experience documenting technical work, troubleshooting activities, and procedures as part of projects.

Responsibilities

Administers, configures, monitors, and supports DCF’s voice, unified communications, and contact center systems.
Provisions users, extensions, DIDs, toll‑free numbers, and endpoints; manages call routing and queues.
Documents decisions, changes, and project-related information; coordinates small telephony projects.
Interacts with customers, vendors, and technical teams; communicates status and progress.
Performs post‑implementation validation and maintains system documentation.
