Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of voice network engineering experience.
• Four (4) years with Cisco routing, switching and security.
• Three (3) years in telecom, finance, or auditing with invoicing focus.
• Two (2) years with VoIP systems and IP protocols.
• Experience with Contact Center Solutions (Cisco, Five9, Genesis, etc.).
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of network services and VoIP UCaaS.
• Review, validate incoming telecommunications invoices and liaise with vendors.
• Maintain Department phone systems, hardware, software, and documentation.
• Support security, VPNs, and network performance monitoring.
