Job description

We are Looking for a PM to coordinate the voice work associated with its office migration and reoccupancy program. The role will support physical phone moves, adds and changes; Cisco phone/device configuration; user migrations and cutovers; voice testing and validation; site readiness; and coordination across business users, local technology teams and vendors. The resource will also track actions, risks, dependencies and migration progress, and support DAS installation/activation activities and vendor management.

From a skills perspective, we should target someone with a strong enterprise voice/telephony project managementbackground and working knowledge of Cisco Call Manager/Cisco voice, Microsoft Teams Phone, voice migrations/cutovers and trader voice. Financial-services experience would be beneficial. The broader environment includes ongoing migration from Cisco telephony to Microsoft Teams, as well as trader voice activities, so experience managing complex voice migrations in a large enterprise would be important.
