Job summary

Inova Health System in Fairfax, VA, is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator 1 to join the Voice Operations team. The role is full-time, on-site in Fairfax, with 11:00am-7:30pm shifts Monday through Friday and every other weekend.

You will act as a liaison, screen calls, and ensure PHI/PII compliant information while coordinating virtual connections for patients and professionals. Preferred qualifications include hospital experience and understanding of medical terminology.

Qualifications

• Screens patient calls to determine their need and routes to appropriate connections.
• Provides PHI/PII–compliant information and supports collaboration with healthcare partners.
• Serves as liaison between Inova Health System and customers.
• Supports Inova services and programs as secondary customer care.
• Hospital experience preferred
• Understanding of medical terminology preferred
