Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in AI/ML platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in AI/ML research and platforms.
• Deep understanding of AI, ML, and LLMs; background in voice tech is a plus.
• Experience defining metrics (KPIs/OKRs) for technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End AI Feature Delivery: drive seamless end-to-end delivery of AI features in Voice AI for products that deliver customer value.
• AI Impact Tracker & Baseline: establish and measure link between AI model performance and customer outcomes.
• AI for Developer Practices: drive programs to integrate AI/ML into SDLC and report impact on velocity and quality.
• Organizational Performance Management: design and maintain executive dashboards tracking AI metrics and development efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Alignment & Impact Communication: communicate status of AI metrics and strategic initiatives to stakeholders.
• Emergent Strategic Initiatives: define and scope highly ambiguous projects and transition to PdM when ready.
