Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager- Voice AI in the United States to lead enterprise-scale AI programs across AI models, infrastructure, and product teams. You’ll drive strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes for speech and language technologies with a focus on customer value and efficiency.

This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, executive-facing dashboards, and rapid definition of emergent initiatives that can transition to Product

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience.
• 3+ years hands-on work building models, ML pipelines or developing core speech algorithms or as software engineer in data-oriented product.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in ML modeling, production ML pipelines, or speech processing algorithms.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End AI feature delivery across central AI organization and dependent product teams to deliver value in Voice AI.
• AI impact tracker and baseline to measure model performance and customer outcomes.
• AI for developer practices to integrate AI/ML into the software development lifecycle.
• Organizational performance management with executive-facing dashboards tracking AI metrics and development efficiency.
• Cross-functional alignment and impact communication with partner product teams.
• Emergent strategic initiatives including early stage discovery and prioritization, with transitions to a PdM when scoped.
