Job summary

Integrated Life Choices is seeking a Vocational Manager to oversee staff and vocational programming, ensuring high-quality supports for individuals with developmental disabilities in a vocational setting.

The role includes supervising day-to-day activities, writing programs, maintaining documentation, and participating in IPP meetings, with a focus on independence and community inclusion. A BA/BS and 2+ years of related experience are preferred; CNA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants will have a BA/BS in a related Human Service field plus 2+ years experience.
• Combination of education and experience accepted; CNA experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum age 19 years.
• Proof of background checks including DMV, state agencies, and references.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and day-to-day activities at the vocational site.
• Write programs for individuals being supported.
• Ensure proper documentation and that individual programming meets requirements.
• Teach life and vocational improvement concepts.
• Assist with staffing and attend IPP team meetings.
