Qualifications

• Possess a B.A. or B.S. in a related Human Service field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CNA experience preferred.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Be a minimum of 19 years of age.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and proof of continuous car insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising staff and day-to-day activities within the vocational site.
• Writing programs for the individuals being supported.
• Ensuring proper documentation occurs and individual programming meets requirements.
• Teaching life and vocational improvement concepts.
• Assisting with staffing and attending IPP team meetings.
• Providing direct support in the vocational setting.
