The role focuses on academic quality, regulatory compliance, and a strong student learning environment, with collaboration across campuses and centralized administration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in nursing, education, or administration
• Active RN license in California (BRN) in good standing
• Minimum leadership experience in nursing education setting
• Experience teaching online or hybrid formats or program delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead VN program operations, faculty development, and student outcomes
• Ensure curriculum alignment with BVNPT and accreditation standards
• Collaborate with director, faculty, and centralized admin
• Oversee accreditation reports and program materials
• Monitor student performance and retention strategies
