Qualifications
- Current, active RN license in California.
- Bachelor's degree from BVNPT-approved school.
- Master's degree in nursing, education, or administration preferred.
- Minimum 3 years as RN and 1 year teaching/supervision in a state-approved nursing program or 3 years nursing admin/education in last 5 years.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily VN program operations, focusing on evenings and weekends.
- Manage faculty schedules, course planning, and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely grading, evaluations, and required reporting.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate instructional faculty.
- Provide coaching and feedback to ensure instructional excellence.
- Monitor student performance and implement interventions to support retention.
- Ensure compliance with BVNPT regulations and accreditation standards.
